Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Mechanical Technician located in Port Harcourt. The Mechanical Technician will be responsible for conducting preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery. Additionally, the Mechanical Technician will work with other technicians to assist in the installation, modification, and improvement of existing systems.

Qualifications
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in mechanical maintenance and repair preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components
• Experience in welding, cutting, and fabricating using various tools and equipment
• Ability to interpret mechanical schematics, prints, and technical drawings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
