The HSE Manager will be the officially appointed expert for SELA Region for Project Management Health, Safety and Environmental topics (HSE) and the contact person for all HSE issues in the scope of PM.

Your Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and fulfillment of statutory obligations,
• Completion & updating of HSE documentation;
• Coordinate and performance assessment of external HSE professionals working on behalf of PM;
• Engage in projects to solve complex problems and attend meetings with key customers if requested;
• Support Sales and PM in tender management for HSE requirements;
• Supervise of the implementation of ENERCON HSE processes in to all allocated projects in the region;
• Support training and provision of guidelines to the employees of the Branch, PM team and external HSE consultancies working on behalf of PM;
