BeBee Professionals is looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Heerlen.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for recruitment and a strong understanding of the recruitment process.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and onboarding.
They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and problem-solving skills. They should also have a good understanding of the recruitment process and be able to work independently.
