To lead and manage the team consisting of Facility Executive and technicians to executive preventive, predictive and planned maintenance programs in accordance to the contractual requirements; to plan and administer budget and ensure optimized utilization of available resources, equipment, spaces, facilities and manpower; to provide technical solutions, support and reports in accordance to the contractual obligations and statutory requirements
