Job Description / Responsibility

System & Network (Desktop Computer, Laptop, Smartphone, Printer, UPS, LAN, WAN etc.)Troubleshooting, Maintenance and User Support.

In-house Application Support for Users.
• Microsoft 365 User Support.
• Attendance System Support
• Third Party Application, Web Portal Support
• Different IT Products Repairing and Servicing.
• Active Directory Level - 1 User Support.
• Network Firewall Basic Management with Traffic Monitoring, Log Analysis and Link Monitoring.
• Surveillance System Support.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Telecommunication
• Skills Required: MS Office Suite

Experience Requirements
• At least 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
