Job Description / Responsibility
• Specialization in the design, construction, and management of high-quality industrial and commercial properties.
• Experience in auto CAD 2D&3D, 3Ds max/ sketchUp with good V-Ray skills, Revit, photoshop, illustrator and other upgraded interior software.
• Knowledge regarding government approval drawings like building approval, layout approval, and custom bonded area layout.
• Experience in planning interior design for industrial entities, office, and commercial spaces is a plus.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of design excellence, functionality and sustainability.
• Monitor project progress, identify design-related issues or challenges and provide timely solutions and recommendations to ensure successful project delivery.
