This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. You will be responsible for managing the corporate services for multiple global clients, supervising, coaching and ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed professionally and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team, designing and implementing a strategic business plan.
• Set individual/team sales targets with the sales teams and track sales goals.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to BOD.
• Coordinate with marketing on lead generation.
• Other tasks assigned by Director.
