• By ensuring high standards of eye testing quality, the incumbent will be in charge of giving customers the finest shopping experience possible in our locations. Relationship of Reporting: Immediately report to the store manager

• Customer satisfaction is a priority.doing an eye exam with skill and knowledge. establishing a solid rapport with consumers by including them and outlining the eye exam procedure. investigating the underlying causes of reoccurring customer issues and going above and beyond to discover solutions. recognising issues before they arise and preparing a shop level response strategy Sales and Quality Control for Eye Tests Examine the eyes with instruments and observation to assess their coordination, focus, and visual acuity. responsible for turning potential clients into paying customers.
