Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at K D SONS located in Bongaigaon. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the store, managing a team of employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales goals. Other responsibilities include maintaining inventory levels, creating schedules for employees, and managing budgets.

Qualifications
• At least 3 years of experience in retail management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of inventory management, customer service, and sales techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field preferred, but not required

We also encourage applicants who have taken relevant courses or have equivalent experience in retail management even if that experience is not 3 years.
