Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Asansol for a Head of Electrical Project & Maintenance. The Head of Electrical Project & Maintenance will be responsible for overseeing all electrical projects and maintenance tasks, managing and coordinating with teams, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 14 years of experience in electrical project management and maintenance in an industrial setting
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience in budgeting and cost control, and knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standard.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects on time and within budget
• Demonstrated ability to manage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
