Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Organizer located in Hazaribag. The Community Organizer will collaborate with community members, local organizations, businesses, and government agencies to plan and implement activities that foster community engagement, improve civic participation, and promote social well-being. The Community Organizer will also organize and participate in meetings, events, and outreach initiatives, and facilitate communication between community members and stakeholders.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Community Development, or a related field
• Experience in community organizing, volunteer management, or social work
• Familiarity with local community resources, government programs, and community-based organizations
