Summary Site Reliability Engineer will technically lead the incident management, service request fulfilment and deployment functions, required to ensure the availability, security, latency, performance, efficiency, change management, monitoring, emergency response, and capacity planning of the enterprise software services run by IFS in the Cloud for customers. Site Reliability Engineer also contributes to event management and problem management functions. Site Reliability Engineer at IFS proactively interacts with all the resolver groups (Cloud Service Center, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, development, product support, account management, platform vendors) as appropriate to resolve customer issues and requests related to the Cloud platform with the focus on completing the work within SLA, OLA and KPI targets and to the satisfaction of the customer.
