b'Job Summary Responsible for maintaining inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors R&R
• In charge of Food Ingredients and Packing Material storing including physical maintenance with accuracy and following safety standards.
• Ensure Receipts are properly accounted for with the authorised person.
• Ensure material availability against monthly plans & escalations of issues to the concerned person in advance.
• Work out material requirements & get approval for PO with the respective person
• Forward PO requirements to the concerned department & follow the PO with suppliers and Transporters
• Follow FIFO and Shelf life for materials kept in stores
• Forward Daily / Monthly / Stock reports and Reconciliation reports to the superior
• Monitor work assigned to the team and ensure effective utilisation
• File the documents accordingly
• To work in integration with the respective departments
