Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Farm / Hatchery Supervisor located in Suryapet. The supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the farm and hatchery, supervising the work of farm employees and hatchery workers, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining quality standards for poultry products. The supervisor will also be responsible for developing and implementing operational plans, monitoring and adjusting production processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in poultry science, animal science, agriculture, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a poultry farm or hatchery
• Knowledge of poultry husbandry and animal welfare best practices
