Using your dietetic knowledge and leadership skills, unlock your potential to lead and influence the practice of others, multiplying our ability to prevent this chronic disease.

Working in an integrated way within primary care you will support the development of nutritional knowledge and behaviour change skills of health care support workers and dietetic assistants to deliver brief intervention for those at risk of type diabetes. The role is fully supported by the national programme lead and team with programme protocols, resources, training courses for support workers and evaluation tools.

Whilst experience of working within Diabetes will be advantageous, it is not essential for this role.
