• Support the HR team in preparing reports, presentations, and policies to enhance organizational efficiency
• Help in conducting performance evaluations and analyzing feedback to improve employee engagement
• Contribute to HR initiatives, such as employee wellness programs and diversity and inclusion efforts
• Assist in resolving staff queries and concerns, ensuring prompt and compassionate responses
