Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Epic Youth Organization located in Mombasa. As the CEO, you will oversee the organization's operations, finances, and programs, providing strategic leadership and direction to advance the mission and ensure sustainable growth. You will also engage with the board, staff, and stakeholders to foster collaborations, secure funding opportunities, and raise the profile of the organization locally and internationally.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a CEO, executive, or senior leader in a nonprofit or related sector
• Expertise in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives
• Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
