Responsibilities
• Craft strategies for managing and responding to customer questions/queries throughdefined company's channels: Phone, email, Social pages.
• Develop and implement strategies for customer retention in collaboration with the Product and Marketing teams.
• Document engagement and present opportunities to optimize customer success to the operations and product teams
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
• Responsible for day-to-day management and execution of Customer Success programs: the objectives and goals required to achieving metric improvements
• Communicate the company's value proposition effectively to customers and stakeholders.
• Establish synergistic relationship with the company's partners to promote partnership in evaluating and presenting product to customers to drive growth and user base.
