About:

The Manager – Risk & Compliance is responsible in examining the business to determine the adequacy and sustainability of its operations. The role holder is also responsible for assisting in the development of internal policies and procedures to reduce risk exposure.

Risk Management
• Assist the Risk and Compliance Country Manager with developing and implementing Risk and Compliance initiatives
• Analyses retail data and help prepare action plans to mitigate losses
• Implement and monitor the use of an integrity hotline within the business

Risk and Compliance Investigation

· Participate in investigations of fraud cases such as employee theft, breach of ethics, corruption and violations of Risk and Compliance policies and recommend resolutions when required

Risk Evaluation and Analysis
• Identify potential risks and assist with developing action plans to ensure safe conditions
