Develops, implements, and monitors operational strategies by conducting needs

assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning and cost/benefit analyses

Plans, monitors, and analyzes key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the

operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks related to

production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards

Upholds dedication to quality service through policies and standards and

ensuring regulations are followed

Initiates innovative strategies and development plans to ensure growth of

programs and people company-wide

Take on admin tasks as necessary and as required (e.g. generating operational

reports report, process documentations as need, calendaring, and monitoring of

supplies/items)

Assists in other departments as deemed necessary by Management as they see

fit under the scope of the position.Graduate of any Business-related courses.
