Role Description

This is a full-time/hybrid role located in Gianyar for a Hospitality Project Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of a Private Resort project. The role requires proven experience in hotel, tourism, and hospitality projects and a high fitness level.

Qualifications
• At least a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, architecture or related field
• 10+ years of experience in hospitality/tourism project management with an emphasis on luxury properties
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in design management and construction of luxury hotel properties
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage vendor contracts
