Main Responsibilities
• Receive customer inquiries from the Marketing team and consult with those international ones (entrepreneurs, multi-national corporations, etc.) based on their needs for corporate services related to start-ups, bank account opening, etc. via email, live chat, and phone calls in English.
• Present, promote, and sell services to prospective customers to meet individual’s monthly target
• Collaborate with the Customer service staff/Data entry staff to complete orders as the company's procedure (This task will be trained later)
• Maintain customer relationships
• Manage customer data and orders on CRM
• Provide regular, transparent, detailed feedback and reporting on personal performance (if requested) to Team Leader/Head of Department
