1. Responsible for the right execution of end-to-end product development activities including formulation development, pilot & plant trials, shelf-life study, sensory evaluation, technology transfer, and R&D documentation (specifications, protocols, reports, etc.)
2. Define risks, opportunities, and ways forward for critical issues related to food safety, quality, and regulation.
3. Cultivate an innovative mindset – Follow product trends and ingredient/technology developments in the nutritional food business and help translate these into new product & project ideas.
4. Ensuring Quality standards as per company and regulatory authorities.
5. Impeccable communication, presentation and organizational skills
