Our Food & Beverage outlets offer dynamic and fast-paced work environments, and this role provides an excellent introduction to the food service and tourism industry. The Expediter is a key role, responsible for acting as a central point of communication, delivering food to guests, clearing tables, and continually striving to provide an exceptional guest experience at the Eagle’s Eye Restaurant.

You Will
• Ensure food is delivered to guests in a timely and courteous manner
• Promptly clear, clean and reset tables as necessary
• Maintain effective communications within restaurant to provide high levels of guest service
• Ensure exceptional food presentation
• Assist in arranging the physical environment for any special functions
• Clean and stock the dining area to provide a pleasant environment for our guests
• Represent Kicking Horse Mountain Resort professionally and courteously to guests and staff who dine at Eagle’s Eye Restaurant
