Role Description

The Lighthouse Marina Resort is looking for a full-time Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Olongapo. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be responsible for administrative duties related to the hiring and onboarding process, maintaining employee records, managing benefits, and assisting with payroll. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
