Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Accra for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and providing insights for product development. The Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to the Director of Sales.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
