Responsibilities & Duties
• Knowledge in compliance of all statutory requirements of Contract Labour, PF, Construction workers, Minimum Wages etc.
• Knowledge on Labour Laws.
• Labour camp administration & arrange for travel & accommodations.
• Time keeping at site.
• Maintain daily attendance.
• Prepare Office, Mess & Site related expenses on daily basis.
• Answer & solve queries by employees and clients related to compliances & wages.
