Job description: - Receptionist 1. Organizing the office and assisting associates to optimize processes 2. Perform office administration and clerical duties. 3.Maintaining Inward & Outward Register 4. Coordination with internal & External customers /clients as well as Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages 5. Operate telephone switchboard and answer and transfer calls. 6. Maintain reception area clean ,Hygiene and organized. 7. Assisting the team Members in Proper Manner and Ensure the Office needs to be Hygiene and clean Education - Graduate Preferred- Male 0r Female Experience - 2 to 3 years in Manufacturing industry Job Location- Dahanu Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to ?20,000.00 per month Schedule:
