We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Band 5 Community Nurses to work within our community team based in Alcester and surrounding villages.

As a county we are proud of the services our community teams provide. They are developing ground breaking new services designed to help patients better manage their own conditions, stay out of hospital and use the latest systems and technology to provide the most efficient and effective health care possible. We have grown considerably in our community teams over the past few years and we need excellent people to continue our journey of innovation and development.
