Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer for Motion business, you will be responsible for sales of motors products within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales targets in a profitable way: order growth, revenues, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction. Reporting to Sales Manager, you will be building long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identifying and developing sales opportunities. This position is based in Balikpapan, Indonesia.

Your responsibilities
• Selling products to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned divisions
• Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of full product offering, and align to provide a solution
