Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Subic Bay Freeport Zone for an HR & GA Supervisor. The HR & GA Supervisor will be responsible for managing the HR and GA functions of the company and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The HR & GA Supervisor will handle employee relations and engagement, recruitment and staffing, benefits administration, and training and development. The HR & GA Supervisor will also manage relationships with external partners and suppliers.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in HR and/or GA management
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
