Key Responsibility
• Attend sales handing over meetings and internal kick-off meetings to seek inputs on timelines, budget/cost of the project.
• Finalize planning methodologies for smooth project execution during internal kick-off meeting.
• Prepare and issue project schedules for inter disciplinary checks to all stakeholders. Establish and issue baseline projects schedule incorporated all stake holders comments.
• Extract critical path which affects project completion and make mitigation plans.
• Prepare progress measuring graphs S-Curves to track the current status of the project.
• Provide early warnings of projects to Project Manager and stake holders.
• MIS for Management and client submission.
• Assist project management team to evaluate project performance.
• Should take active part in identifying and tracking the risks of projects.

Technical Competencies
• Hands on experience with software tools - Primavera, SAP, Advanced Excel (Mandatory)
