Job Title: Personal Secretary

Gender:Female

Age:25-28 yrs.

Experience:Should have minimum 2 to 5 yrs.as a Personal Secretary/Assistant to MD/CEO etc.

Education: Master's in Mass communication.

Roles& Responsibilities:

Maintaining databases and filing systems
Coordinating, Organise and schedule meetings
Manage phone calls and emails
Answer and screening calls
Make travel arrangements and Hotel bookings.
Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.

Desired skills-
Proactive
Excellent verbal communication
Good people management skills
Required:-
Should be a Master's in Mass communication.
Ready to travel extensively.
Should have a valid Passport.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹7,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
