Job description
Role & responsibilities

Should have good understanding of different dialing models of call center process.
Prepares call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Performing daily uploads, downloads and importing over dialer system.
Create and update dialing campaigns, filter, list strategies and reports.
Monitor and adjust dialers performance, wherever required.
Analyze various calling strategies and propose resolution of any issues with the system.
