Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Muvattupuzha for a Customer Care Officer. The Customer Care Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. The day-to-day tasks include handling customer complaints, inquiries, and concerns through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. The Customer Care Officer will also be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by resolving issues and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries. it involves sales order management, billing, dispatches, co ordination with operations team, forecast, report building, report analysis, etc.
