Position: Business Support Executive cum sales

Location -- **Bagalkot, Karnataka**

Experience: min 1 year in Finance securities company

Professional Responsibilities:
- Prepare the complete documentation procedure for new registration of Client A/c (KYC)
- Handling the queries and the entire operational part of Existing Branches / Franchises and develop their Business.
- Monitoring of Inactive Client Accounts and Inactive Franchises to reactivate
- Preparing MIS report on daily basis (brokerage and a/c opening).
- Co-ordination with buyers & sellers for margins and payment collections.

Other Responsibilities
- Managing & Handling the queries of walk-In clients
- Managing & Keeping up to date records of Stamp Papers
- Timely Payin & Payout
- Follow up of mails to Risk Department (Debit List)
- Follow up of mails to HO & RO and revert on time
- Maintaining all types of Files & Registers (Payout Register, Inward register, etc)
