Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Supervisor role located in Bandung. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing sales teams and driving sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, coaching and providing training to sales representatives, and building strong customer relationships. The Sales Supervisor will also be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and developing sales forecasts.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Automotive
