• You will be managing and leading a team of virtual assistants
• Motivating your members and assessing their performance
• Develop the team member
• Training
• Coaching
• Performance Reviews
• You will be communicating concerns and policies among management and team members’ ensuring team members’ tasks are done correctly, efficiently, effectively and on time.
• Support the Virtual Assistants
• Resolving and addressing the issues and if necessary inform the management on the issues
• Provide answers and guidance to the team

6 Be a Manager
• Lead and inspire
• Facilitate the meetings

7 Do the Admin tasks
• Leave approvals
• Payroll Information
• Coordinate leave and attendance with our clients
