We are a call centre located in Mount Edgecombe, Durban, South Africa.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Durban for a UK Call Centre Agent. The Call Centre Agent will be responsible for processing outgoing calls to customers.

Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to handle high volume calls daily and maintain KPI's
• Problem-solving ability with a strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate simple software programs
• Ability to remain professional and courteous in challenging situations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Previous experience working in an International call centre is required
• Fluency in languages other than English is also an advantage
• Agent to have previous experience in PPI, Tax or Diesel Emissions More Detail
