Our client is looking for a customs clerk to join their friendly team in Durban.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for administrative function in the Bonds Department working with custom entries and ensuring efficient bond control.

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric or Equivalent
• Relevant qualification would be advantageous.
• Previous experience as a customs clerk is essential.
• Good understanding of the law and regulations surrounding customs clearance requirements.
• Experience of using customs software is essential together with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent time management.
• Communicate within the team and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Service delivery and customer focused.
• Professional with excellent business acumen.
