Responsibilities
• Conducts all talent acquisition processes to ensure the recruitment of the right talent and supports in departmental on-boarding;
• Implements people plan and agenda in line with the companywide HR strategy;
• Manages formal and informal disciplinary and grievance procedures and provides line support for disciplinary processes;
• Gives required support in the employee separation and off boarding process;
• Manages Unit headcount, workforce planning and people data;
• Manages people change/transformation and support while building change capacity and capability within business unit;
• Equips functional area with appropriate people management tools and knowledge to effectively manage at the line level;
• Implements the various HR services across the HR employee life cycle within such as employee engagement action planning, talent management, performance management, and learning & needs analysis;
