About One Acre Fund

Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund supplies smallholder farmers in ten countries with the agricultural services they need to make their farms more productive. We provide quality farm supplies, delivered within walking distance of farmers' homes, and agricultural training to improve harvests. We measure our success by our ability to make farmers more prosperous: On average, the farmers we serve earn 40 percent more profits on the land they enroll with One Acre Fund.

Founded in 2016, the Malawi program provides 56,000 farmers with quality farm supplies and training. We operate in two distinct regions of Malawi, the densely-populated Southern region focused on staple crops and the breadbasket Central region with its rich legume and cash crop farming history.
