JD for Quality Control and R & D

Responsibilities
• Collection of representative samples from the mining sites
• Sample preparations
• Testing the Feldspar material in furnace and checking the fired cones.
• Confirmation to Quality control team for approval of stocks for dispatch.
• Quality testing of Inward Materials.
• Quality testing of in process Stage
• Quality testing of Finished Products
• Production Planning
• Quality External Inspections
• Team handling
• Co-ordination with other Departments with positive impact on good relationship
• Support to production department to achieve export quality and quantity as well
• Handling ship hatch inspection prior to Raw material uploading at time of EXPORT.
