Job description To impart training and monitor the student life cycle for ensuring standard outcome Looking for a candidate who can give training to Students regarding Soft Skills. Location- Sikkim (Singtam and Bermiok) Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as Soft Skills Trainer or holder of an IELTS Certificate. Roles and Responsibilities: Deliver Communication/ Soft skills/ Interpersonal skills related training that empowers students to take up employment. Post-placement counselling of aspirants. E-Mail Etiquettes and drafting mail. Deliver training using innovative methods including activity-based learning, role plays, experiential learning and consistently evaluate the quality and impact of training Evaluating and grading training assignments of trainees and conducting feedback.
