Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Branch Manager role located in Baruipur. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the branch, managing employees, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Branch Manager will also develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, monitor budgets, and maintain inventory levels.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in managing a team and running operations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the retail or agriculture industry is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to change
