Are you a compassionate sales leader experienced with generating new business with consumers in Antigua? MASA Assist is looking for a new Sales Manager to develop and execute strategies that will protect more Antiguans from the high costs of emergency medical transportation.

What You Will Do

Reporting to our Regional Sales Manager, you will leverage your skills and experience to increase overall sales, customer retention, and sales team performance. We will count on you to:
• Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
• Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them.
• Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of independent sales representatives.
