The Role
Helping Hands has been established for over 30 years and throughout that time the Customer Revenues Department has grown and developed and is a key department to the business. To contribute to and exceed upon future growth we are recruiting for a Billing Administrator at our support office in Alcester.
This exciting position reports into the Billing Team Leader and the successful candidate will be responsible for all invoicing requirements for the business as a whole. You will have good working relationships with Credit Control & Operational teams to ensure all invoices are sent. This position warrants provision of excellent Customer Service to our sensitive customer base.
What you’ll be doing
• Ensuring all Visiting Care & LI invoices are run off promptly and accurately and no amounts on Access remain un-invoiced at any time.
