Job Responsibilities
• Operational Oversight:Reinforce and implement operational processes to enhance overall productivity and efficiency across various studio departments including: Design and Business Development.
• Work closely with Design Department to guide operational needs and tailor processes to support their goals including tracking the performance of individual designers and projects.
• Continually update and improve contracts and processes
• Business Development – Lead sales strategy for team, oversee the fee structure to set proposals, strategize and oversee client relationships
