Role Description
• Building a good relationship with tenants (UMKM) and make sure the tenants (UMKM) enlisted follow AEON's regulations (Code of Conduct)
• Negotiation with tenants on new menus and controlling check shelling area.
• Promotion : Planning biweekly promotional item. Ensure all the highlight item, new arrival and promotion merchandise display the price tag at selling floor with full volume and attractive display
