We are looking for someone with a strong background in Food and Beverage to join our team in one of our hotels. Key Responsibilities :_ Manages all activities, supervisors, and service assistants in the restaurant to maximise guest satisfaction and profitability and to achieve revenue goals and forecasts. Completes and monitors rosters for the department in accordance with staffing ratios and budgets. In conjunction with the Food and Beverage Manager, monitors and manages all departmental costs and takes corrective action where required.
